Sharlie and New Baby Girl!

A few months ago, Sharlie called me to discuss details about a maternity and newborn bundle. We hit it off and kept in contact the weeks leading up to her maternity session. She was open to the idea of going to the more "artsy" side of maternity photos and we started to plan out our ideas.

As part of my maternity sessions, I'm willing to split the cost of a maternity gown with my momma-to-be. Sharlie sent me a picture of gowns she liked and I immediately thought we needed a flower headband to go with her gorgeous outfit. I might be artsy but I AM NOT crafty, so with a LOT of glue and even more prayers I created a flower crown.

The final decision was...where?! I came across Elmwood Park in Syracuse through an internet search and immediately fell in love. A small stream, beautiful cobblestone bridges and lovely scenery all added to the dreamy quality of this session.

I can't wait to meet Sharlie's baby girl in July!

I bet this mama can't wait to use you as her newborn photographer. I wish I lived in Syracuse -- I would hire you in a heartbeat. That makes me curious -- do you travel for newborn sessions?
